Your neurodivergent child is unique. Their coaching should be too. We design personalized programs that build social skills, confidence, independence, job readiness, and skills to stay hired.
Our mission is to help young adults( 18+) and adults with Asperger Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism (HFA), Learning Disabilities, and ADHD have functional and productive careers by providing Executive Functioning Coaching, Soft Skills Development Coaching, Career Management Solutions(end-to-end), Self-Advocacy, and Continuous Mentorship and Assistance.
We help teens and young adults build the real-life skills they need to unlock future opportunities—at home, school, and work.
Our EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SKILL DEVELOPMENT COACHING
- Executive functioning skills coaching is designed to equip K-12 students and young adults with Asperger’s Syndrome, and ADHD with the tools they need to succeed academically and professionally to be functional and productive at work.
- Executive functioning coaching focuses on developing essential soft skills such as metacognition, organization, initiation and follow-through, planning and prioritizing, flexing and adjusting, memory and attention, task initiation, and self-monitoring.
- Students develop the ability to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks more effectively.
- This coaching helps students build strategies to manage their workload, reduce procrastination, and increase productivity. By improving these foundational skills, students can enhance their academic performance, boost their confidence, and navigate the challenges of school with greater independence and resilience.
- The INCLUZEN Program offers support to help employees retain their jobs by implementing interventions to improve soft skills and executive functioning skills.
- Our ASSESSMENT PROGRAM evaluates and identifies employees’ unique strengths, limitations, personal and professional competencies, and interests. Based on the assessment results, we advocate for accommodations at workplace after getting hired when a client retains us for advocacy.
